Contest Guidelines for Facebook Photo and Comment Contest

1. Eligibility:

Open to all individuals aged 18 and above.

Participants must have a valid Facebook account.

Employees of ProCountry Auction Service, ProCountry Realty, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

Comment on the contest post with a personal story or photo that meets the theme described in the post.

Include a short description or caption with your photo.

Ensure your comment and photo comply with Facebook's Community Standards and our content guidelines (no offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material).

3. Entry Period:

The contest begins on September 1st and ends on September 30th, 2024.

Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. Judging and Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from the eligible participant entries.

The winner selection once announced will be final.

5. Prizes:

One Grand Prize winner will receive a gift card to a local restaurant or establishment in the amount noted in the contest post.

Additional prizes for runner-ups may be awarded at the discretion of ProCountry Auction Service.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available.

6. Winner Notification:

Winners will be announced on our Facebook page and contacted via Facebook Messenger.

Winners must respond within 30 days to claim their prize, or an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Rights and Permissions:

By entering, participants grant ProCountry Auction Service the right to use their submitted photos and descriptions for promotional purposes.

Participants retain ownership of their photos but grant ProCountry Auction Service a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the entries in relation to the contest.

8. General Conditions:

ProCountry Auction Service reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if necessary.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
